World’s Ugliest Tomato
Out of the land of the rising sun comes one of the ugliest tomatoes we have ever seen. The ‘ugly tomato’ has gained a degree of popularity in the Japanese city of Yawata. Looks like the ugly tomato is of the Momotaro variety except that it’s three times the normal size. 61 year old Kiyoshi Useda pluck the beast from his Yawata farm.
Looks like the reason behind the disfigured appearance is a result of it taking in too much water during a period of heavy rain.
