What Your BMI Tells You
Under 20 A BMI under 20 may be associated with health problems for some individuals. It may be a good idea to consult a physician for advice.
20 -25 This zone is associated with the lowest risk of illness for most people. This is the target range.
25 - 27 A BMI over 25 may be associated with health problems for some people. Caution is suggested if your BMI is in this zone.
