Scientist Discover Why Some People Cannot Resist Food
The Medical Research Council’s Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit recently published an article in the Journal of Neuroscience where they revealed why some people can’t resist food.
They used scans to show the reward centers in some people’s brains are particularly sensitive to food advertising and product packaging.
Bottom line: These new findings show that some people’s reward centers are more sensitive to appetizing food cues. Looks like they’ve started to put their fingers on why some of us are more susceptible to food eating disorders. [Scientist Discover Why Some People Cannot Resist Food]
