Refined Carbs Linked To Cancer
It is common knowledge that eating refined carbohydrates is not a healthy choice. It’s a little difficult to escape given the prevalence of refined foods in our modern diets, they are everywhere. Now a study out of the journal of Cancer Epidemiology, Mile Markers, and Prevention shows evidence of a link between the eating of refined carbohydrates and cancer.
Researchers are suspicious of insulin levels and the fact that refined carbs which are generally high on the glycemic index actually accelerate insulin production.
Bottom line:
Researchers warn we should avoid processed carbohydrates as much as we can. They also note we should also avoid chemical additives that are found in processed foods, especially artificial sweeteners and chemical taste enhancers, to avoid trading one bad for another.
Rule of thumb…
Eat as low to the ground as possible, meaning natural foods found in nature, such as whole grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits and healthy oils.

What do the recomendations mean.
I understand that “Good” is good, but it it better than “Allowed”. What does “Limited” and “Very Limited” mean and how do they relate to the others? I understand Avoid.
