Oakland Study Links Drinking Water to Weight Loss

Oakland Research Institute has published a study that links drinking water to weight loss. Oakland researchers while studying the relationship of drinking water to weight loss discovered that dieters who drank more than four glasses of water a day in place of sugary drinks lost more weight. Scientist Jodi Stookey indicated -

“If the cells in our bodies are well hydrated, we may be able to burn more calories.”
