Mango Smoothie

With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this luscious fruit smoothie. The natural sugars and fibrous nature if mangoes make a rich and filling breakfast drink.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced 1 1/2 cups sugar-free vanilla fat-free or low-fat yogurt Ice cubes

Puree mangoes in blender. Add yogurt and 4 or 5 ice cubes; blend until thick and smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.

Makes 4 (1-cup) servings

Per serving: 140 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 4 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 1 g dietary fiber, 50 mg sodium
