Half of Amercians are Eating Low Carb

The International Food Information Council Foundation has conducted a poll and found that on average people are a little confused about how many calories, carbs and fats they should be eating.

What a shock… every time you open a newspaper or magazine there’s “new and improved” information from our fearless health leaders.

In the poll 1,000 adults were questioned what was revealed is that only 12 percent of them were able to correctly estimate the number of calories they should be eating in a day while 34 percent underestimate and 43 percent didn’t have a clue.
